Striker Felix Afena-Gyan scored his debut goal for the Black Stars to set Ghana on their way to a 3-0 win over Madagascar in the first game of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
After Kudus Mohammed put Ghana ahead in the 53rd minute, the AS Roma youngster soon made it 2-0 with a toe poke finish after being set up by Gideon Mensah.
The goal is Afena-Gyan’s first in only his 3rd game for the Black Stars.
