CHAN Qualifiers: See Daniel Afriyie Barnieh’s goal that gave Ghana the 1-0 win over Benin [VIDEO]

Daniel Afriyie Barnieh scored the only goal of the game as the Black Galaxies of Ghana edged Benin in their backyard in the first round of the 2023 CHAN qualifiers.

Benin 0-1 Ghana.

Black Galaxies advances to the next stage of the CHAN qualifiers on a ( 0-4 aggregate ). Up next is Nigeria

The final result has Ghana walking away with a 4-0 aggregate victory over the two legs.

The Hearts of Oak star was perfectly spotted in the 18-yard-box and he calmly slotted home to ensure the Black Galaxies sailed to victory at the Stade de l’Amitie in Benin.

The Black Galaxies will now face Nigeria in the final round of the qualifiers for a place in the main tournament which is scheduled for January 2023 in Algeria.

The first leg of the game against Nigeria will take place between August 26-August 28, with the second leg coming off between September 2 – September 4, 2022.
