The Ghana Football Association (GFA) will hold its 28th Ordinary Congress on Thursday, 18th August, 2022.
The FA’s Executive Council set the date, in line with its powers and responsibilities, after a meeting at the Association’s headquarters.
An Ordinary Congress is supposed to be held once every season, usually before the start of the season, per the FA’s statutes.
In compliance with Article 31(3) of the GFA Statutes 2019, the formal Convocation of Congress shall be made in writing and circulated to the Members of GFA at least seven (7) days before the stipulated date of the meeting of Congress.
This Convocation shall contain the Agenda, the Activity Report, the Financial Statements and the Auditors’ Report and any other relevant documents.
The congress will take place at the Ghanaman Centre of Excellence at Prampram on the said date.
