Samuel Boadu makes first public appearance after Hearts sack

Black Satellites head coach Samuel Boadu

Former Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Samuel Boadu has been sighted in public for the first time since his inglorious exit from the Phobia club.

Boadu was sacked recently after a barren run of games that had the 2020-2021 Ghana Premier League champions fail to register a win in three games.

The former Medeama Sporting Club coach was spotted at the Kwame Kyei Sports Complex at Abrankese in the Ashanti Region recently.

Boadu was seen at the plush home facility of Nations Football Club as Nations played Swedru All Blacks in the opening round of games in the 2022-2023 Access Bank Division One League season.

Nations beat former top flight league campaigners All Blacks 3-1 in the Zone 2 matchup to get its campaign up and running.

Boadu enjoyed a wonderful run in his near two year time at Hearts of Oak as he guided the team to win the league title, FA Cup and President’s Cup before he was sacked.

Nations Football Club is bankrolled by Kumasi Asante Kotoko Board Chairman Dr. Kwame Kyei. Reports linking Boadu to a position on Nations’ technical team is yet to be confirmed.
