The 2022 Accra Basketball League (ABL) season playoffs are set to commence on Wednesday, October 12, at the Prisons Court in Cantonments.

All winners will be determined in a best of three game series.

The much anticipated run of games come on the back of an extensive break that had players feature in the Fetu Afahy3 Festival Tournament, while others started preparations for this year’s Ghana University Sports Association (GUSA) Games.

The opening game of this year’s playoffs has Tudu Galaxy matched up against Ghana Navy.

TUSK Foundation and Icons Academy play in the follow up game.

On Thursday, October 13, Spintex Knights play El-Wak Wings at 16:30 GMT while University of Ghana takes on Ghana Army to round up the opening round of games in the division.

Defending ABL Women’s Division champs, Ghana Police Service take on bitter rival Braves of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). Braves Men’s team plays Ghana Fire Service in the Men’s Division I in the follow up game on Friday, October 14.

Defending Men’s Division I champions Reformers of Prisons play Leopards at 18:00 GMT on Saturday, October 15 after Reformers Women’s Team play against Ghana Army at 16:30 GMT.
