GFA pays out prize monies to winning teams in 2021/2022 season

The Ghana Football Association has paid the prize monies to winners of all its competitions 2021/2022 football season.

A total of GHC 1,048,300 was released as full payment of prize monies for ten competitions including the Ghana Premier League, Women’s Premier League, Division One League, MTN FA Cup, Beach Soccer FA Cup, Women’s FA Cup, Division One League Super Cup, Women’s Premier Super Cup, E-Trophy and Futsal FA Cup.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Medeama SC, and Bechem United received GHC250,000, GHC150,000, and GHC80,000 respectively for finishing as Champions, the first runner-up and second runner-up of the Ghana Premier League.

Accra Hearts of Oak had GHC80,000 for winning the MTN FA Cup while 2nd placed, Bechem United took home GHC 30,000.
