Women’s U-17: Nigerian and German players swap jerseys and dance together

Nigeria’s National Under 17 Women’s Football Team,the Flamingoes finished in third place at the 2022 FIFA Under 17 Women’s World Cup in India.

The Flamingoes bagged the bronze medal after beating Germany 3-2 on penalties after the third place match ended in a 3-3 draw.

However, after battling fiercely on the pitch and some German players shedding tears after losing out on a medal for the second time over the past few days, players from both teams were seen dancing away in a hotel lobby.

The players swapped jerseys and some Nigerian players were seen teaching a few dance moves to their German colleagues in a brilliant display of camaraderie.
