Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen has signed a contract extension deal with the Phobia club.

The deal was announced by Hearts bringing closure to negotiations with the hard tackling midfielder that persisted over the months.

Nurudeen’s new contract runs till 2025 with the 24 year old recovering from a serious injury that is set to keep him out of action for the 2022-2023 season.

The former Vision FC player’s deal is one of three transactions completed by Hearts recently; Goalkeeper Richmond Ayi has added three more years to his deal with the new contract set to expire in 2025.

On the other hand, attacking midfielder William Opoku Asiedu mutually parted ways with Hearts to bookend the string of deals.

Hearts is preparing to play Nsoatreman FC on Tuesday, December 20 when the betpawa Ghana Premier League restarts after the 2022 FIFA World Cup break.
