Lionel Messi’s Paris Saint-Germain teammates gave the World Cup winner a really special welcome back to training on Wednesday.
Messi has been on holiday since leading Argentina to their third World Cup triumph in Qatar.
He was, however, given a special guard of honour by his PSG teammates and coaching staff when he joined them at the training center.
The Argentine forward was also handed a trophy by the club in honour of his success with his national team.
A few PSG players were missing from the mini-ceremony, including Kylian Mbappe and Achraf Hakimi, who were given a few days off by manager, Christophe Galtier after their loss to Lens at the weekend.
However, Neymar and Marco Verratti were among the senior players present.
