Ghana center Nathan Mensah has stated the selflessness of the San Diego State University Men’s Basketball team is what he will miss the most.

He said this in the aftermath of San Diego State’s 59-76 loss to University of Connecticut in the final of the US Men’s College Basketball National Championship.

Mensah had a tough outing against Connecticut’s Adama Sanogo who had 17 points and 10 rebounds in 30 minutes while Mensah registered a block, a point, two steals and six rebounds in 23 minutes.

Mensah, a two-time Mountain West Conference Defensive Player of the spoke after missing out on winning San Diego’s first ever national title.

“The selflessness that everyone on this team possesses is one thing I will say I will miss the most about this team that we have here”.

After spending five years at San Diego State while picking up a Bachelors and Master Degree in Marketing, the 6-foot, 10-inch Mensah is set to turn pro after flirting with the idea before returning for one more season with The Aztecs.
