Black Stars winger Osman Bukari continued his form in his debut season with Red Star Belgrade (Crvena Zvezda) after scoring in the team’s 2-1 win over Vojvodina.

The goal is Bukari’s 15th in all competitions after moving from French Ligue 1 side Nantes to Red Star this season while adding 10 assists in 39 appearances according to Transfermarkt.

Bukari lashed the ball from the edge of the penalty box into the roof of the net for Red Star’s first in the ninth minute after receiving a pass from Aleksandar Katai. (Click highlighted text to watch goal)

His latest feat earned him the Player of the Month Award for April with the speedy winger receiving a cash prize of $1000 and a plaque; the money is to be given out to a charity organization.

The 24 year old scored four goals in April including a hat trick in a 4-1 win over FK TSC in the Super Liga Championship Round.

Bukari and Red Star won the Serbian Super Liga earlier this month marking the first league trophy in Bukari’s career.
