Reports from Tangier suggest that Asante Kotoko goalkeeper, Ibrahim Danlad, will not be on the field today when Ghana comes up against Guinea.
In the absence of Danlad, Sheffield United shot-stopper Jordan Amissah will take his place.
Danlad has conceded seven goals in two games in the competition so far.
However, Amissah impressed in his first outing for the Black Meteors when they faced Zamalek in the second test game in Cairo.
Amissah was pivotal in that win, saving a penalty in the process.
Ghana needs to win against Guinea tonight, as a draw may not be enough to see them through to the next stage of the competition.
The match kicks off at 8 pm at the Ibn Batouta Stadium in Tangier.
