Bechem United striker, Hafiz Konkoni has reported to the Black Stars camp in Accra.
The team is currently based at the Alisa Hotel in Accra.
Wontah Konkoni, 23, arrived at the Black Stars camp mid-morning of June 12, 2023, and was seen with Genk attacker, Joseph Paintsil.
Konkoni finished the just-ended Ghana Premier League season with 15 goals and was rewarded with a late call-up to the national team.
The likes of Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Daniel Amartey, Joseph Wollacott and Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer have reportedly already arrived and are raring to go.
The team will hold its first training session later today.
A win for Ghana against Madagascar will secure qualification for the 2023 African Cup of Nations to be hosted in the Ivory Coast.
The match against Madagascar is scheduled for Antananarivo on Sunday, July 18, 2023.
