The Black Stars of Ghana have opened camp ahead of the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar.

According to Citi Sports sources, some players called up by head coach Chris Hughton have arrived at the team’s hotel in Accra.

The likes of Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Daniel Amartey, Joseph Wollacott, Kamaldeen Sulemana and  Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer are expected to be part of the early sessions.

Citi Sports can also confirm that Patrick Kpozo will link up with the rest of his teammates who are already in camp.

The match against Madagascar is scheduled for Antananarivo on Sunday, July 18, 2023.
