The Black Satellites of Ghana have arrived in Ivory Coast for the 2023 edition of the WAFU Zone B U-20 Boys Cup of Nations.
The competition will take place from July 7-21, 2023 and will see Cote D’Ivoire, Niger, Togo, Burkina Faso and Ghana compete for honours and a place in the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations.
According to the Ghana Football Association, the team’s composition is unique, with the oldest being born in 2005 and not 2003 as part of efforts to build a formidable crop of young talents for Ghana’s future.
Ghana is paired with host Cote D’Ivoire, Niger and Burkina Faso in Group A while Togo squares off with Benin in Group B.
