Osman Bukari shines for Red Star Belgrade in 5-0 rout of FK Vojvodina

Ghanaian forward, Osman Bukari, was an outstanding performer in the Serbian SuperLiga over the weekend scoring and assisting in Red Star Belgrade’s 5-0 victory over FK Vojvodina at the Rajko Mitic Stadium.

Red Star Belgrade started the game on the front foot scoring after 12 minutes though Ivorian forward Jean-Phillipe Krasso


They made it two after an own goal from Radomir Milosavljević with Krasso netting his second of the game in the early parts of the second period

Bukari assisted Vladimir Lucic for the fourth goal of the before dancing through his opponents defense to net his side fifth and final goal of the game.

He took to micro blogging site X after the game to express his emotions after the match.

“Great team performance and a good start for the season. First game, first goal and assist for the season. We stay focused!
Alhamdullilah for everything” he said in his post

Osman will be looking to continue in this fashion as it could help him get into the Black Stars’ starting line up with the World cup qualifiers approaching.
