Chairman of the Accra Basketball League (ABL), Ayitey Bulley, has talked up the immense benefits the league stands to gain from striking a deal with sports social media platform, iUNGO World.
He said this in an exclusive interview with Citi Sports after headlining the delegation involved in the signing of the deal. iUNGO will stream ABL games on its platform.
The ABL Chairman, who doubles as the Chairman of the Greater Accra Basketball Association, highlighted the role each party will play to make the agreement successful.
ABL Director, Alex Kukula and iUNGO CEO, Jerry Johnson were present at the signing of the deal with Bulley.
“The partnership is really about providing content to the sports-focused social media platform, which is the iUNGO platform. We are providing content for that platform so, obviously, the main benefit that we are deriving from it is the public exposure to the rest of the world.”
Jerry Johnson is a former pro basketball player who played for teams in Belgium.
