MTN FA Cup Champions, Dreams FC, played out a 1-1 draw with Milo FC in the 1st leg of the preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup on Saturday in Guinea.
The Still Believes lads who are making their first appearance in the tournament, took the lead in the 29th minute of the first half via Gael Aholu.
Karim Zito’s men went into the break with the advantage as the hosts failed to level the game.
The visitors looked to be wrapping up the game in the 2nd half when Milo FC grabbed a late equaliser in the 81st minute, leaving the tie open.
Dreams FC will be looking to make use of home advantage when they host Milo FC in the return leg on Sunday, August 27 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
