He joins the Danish side on a four-year deal from CFR Cluj.
Yeboah, 20, before joining Brøndby scored two goals in three games for Club Cluj before switching clubs.
After completing the switch from Romania, Yeboah said he is confident he can contribute to success of the team in the new season.
I am very happy that this change has taken place and I am very much looking forward to representing Brøndby IF. My ambition is to enter and compete, and of course to develop into an even better footballer. Together, I believe that as a team we can achieve great things together. As a type of player, I am hard-working, active and fight for my team, and as a person I am ambitious and curious to learn about everything between heaven and earth. I’m therefore looking forward to getting to know my teammates and the coaching staff well, and then I’m just looking forward to getting out there and playing in front of the fans.
Emmanuel Yeboah in the season before scored three goals and made three assists for Cluj across all competition last season.
The goal poacher also has three goals in three games for the Black Meteors of Ghana.
