The GTA launched its 50th anniversary a couple of months ago and a series of activities have been lined up. Now, one of the things we want to do is this industry interaction, which we call the industry fun games.
Tourism is like that. It interfaces with many sectors and you realize that immigration and the police are all people we work with. But these games are mainly course on the private sector component of the industry, like our hotels, our tour raters, our car rentals, our event vendors, there are a whole lot of them.
And the agencies under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, whose activities have a very strong bearing on what we do. I mean, the museums and all of them”.
The games will feature competitive activities such as soccer, table tennis, tug of war, lime and spoon races, sack races, scrabble, and a 50-meter dash race.
