Crystal Palace forward Jordan Ayew has praised the quality in his side ahead of a London derby clash against Arsenal later tonight.

The Match Week 2 clash is scheduled to come off at Palace’s Selhurst Park at 19:00 GMT after picking up a 1-0 win over Sheffield United in the opening round of games of the 2023-2024 season.

Speaking to South African media outlet Super Sport ahead of the game, the Black Stars player touched on the aforementioned subject and expectations for the clash.

“We will try and build on last weekend’s game…We know our quality, we know our strength, we know what we can do and obviously we have a good team, good squad and we are going into this game with a lot of expectations and hopefully we can perform very well. The most important thing for us is to keep on performing well and to keep that consistency.”
