Black Stars forward Inaki Williams is still yet to score for Ghana’s National Men’s Football Team 10 games into his international career and Black Stars head coach Chris Hughton has talked about helping the Athletic Bilbao striker to end his goal drought.

He mentioned this in his pre game press conference as the Black Stars prepare to play against USA in an international friendly game at the Geodis Park in Nashville at 12:30 AM on Wednesday, October 18.

29 year old Williams has been in fine form for Bilbao this season scoring four goals and adding two assists in nine games this season but has had a frustrating run of games with the Black Stars.

“We can’t fault the work rate that he puts in, he is a player that is prepared to run behind. We just need to get them formulas right where we are able to provide him with a service…and I think over a period of time, I think we haven’t been able to provide him with that type of service.”

“Overall, we need to find the right formulas to create chances for him and up until this moment, we haven’t been able to do that.”
