Former Udinese midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu is finding it difficult to explain the Black Stars recent struggles.

He revealed this in an exclusive interview with Citi Sports in the aftermath of the Black Stars 4-0 loss to USA and 2-0 loss to Mexico in recent international friendly games.

Speaking on the sidelines of the arrival of former Chelsea player Ryan Bertrand in Ghana, Badu, who played with the Black Stars at the 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups stated,

“Explaining is very difficult because this is not what we want. I don’t think nobody is happy with what happened, I don’t think the coach is happy, the FA is happy is happy and our Ghana supporters are not happy with what is going on.”

Agyemang-Badu

“We have one and a half month to the tournament (2023 AFCON) and we need to start approaching the games seriously and get to where we want to be. This is what has happened…I know the pressure is very high.”

Prior to the commencement of the 2022-2023 BetPawa Premier League, Agyemang Badu left Accra Great Olympics.
