Accra Hearts of Oak have mutually parted ways with Dutch Head Coach Martin Koopman after a string of poor results in the Ghana Premier League this season.
According to the club, the decision forms part of the clubโs grand aim of restructuring the technical team.
In the interim, assistant coach Abdul Rahim Bashiru will take charge of the first team.

Hearts endured a torrid start to the season, winning one of their first six games, scoring two goals and conceding three in that run.
Although results have improved slightly in the matches since, three draws in their last three games and no goals in their last two have left Hearts in 11th place, two points from the relegation zone.
They are also nine points off league leaders Aduana Stars after ten rounds of matches.
Koopman’s four-month run in charge of the 2020-21 Ghanaian champions began on the 18th of August, as he substantively replaced former boss Slavko Matic.
Abdul Rahim Bashiru will take charge of Hearts’ game against Accra Lions on Tuesday, November 21 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
