Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) President, Kudjoe Fianoo, is adamant the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the National Service Secretariat (NSS) agreement will make football league clubs richer in human resource.
He said this in his speech delivered at the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Sports and the NSS over the deployment of NSS personnel to sports federations.
The new initiative that is championed by Sports Minister Mustapha Ussif is to bring “synergy between academics and practical experience”. (Click highlighted text to read full story)
Representing GHALCA at the event with veteran football administrator Oduro Nyarko, President Fianoo stated, “This intervention will make us richer in human resources…this intervention I will say is welcome news to all of us and now federations will have the requisite manpower to help them grow.”
