Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus is not just happy his performances are going well but the West Ham United player is happy his performances are leading to positive results for the Hammers.
He said this in a post-game interview after scoring two goals in West Ham’s 3-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in the English Premier League.
This marked the first brace for Kudus in the Premier League since joining West Ham from Ajax in this past offseason.
Kudus has scored nine goals in all competitions and has 14 goal contributions in 24 games for the London side.
“Yeah (am loving my football at the moment) but most importantly, the performances are impacting on the results. We got the three points that’s the most important thing for me.”
He added input from West Ham’s technical team aided him to score his first goal saying, “Before the game, I had information from the technical team that when I come inside I should go for the short corner because he’s more expecting the balls for the other corner…so when I came in, it was (a) natural flow.”
Kudus is expected to play against Liverpool on Wednesday, December 20 in a Carabao Cup tie.
