Hearts administrators use players to get coaches sacked; that is their habit- Mohammed Polo

Accra Hearts of Oak legend Mohammed Polo says it is the habit of the club’s management to interfere with the affairs of coaches and all but confirmed Martin Koopman’s allegations leveled against the team’s top hierarchy after getting sacked.

Koopman alleged that he was instructed by members of Heart’s board to ostracize seven players including Albert Eonde from his team. Hearts board members refuted this claim in a press conference. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

In his fiery assessment of the club’s struggles, Polo all but concurred with Koopman’s allegations saying, “It’s there. They use some players against you a coach. A white man is complaining a white man, it means that is their (Hearts’ management) habit and how do you achieve something out of this.”

“So I went through this. A white man went through this and this is not a small boy. He is a grown up. This coach is not a small boy why should he tell lies about the team. That is what they do.”
