Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has picked out Fatawu Issahaku’s goal contributions in Leicester’s 3-2 win over Birmingham City as rewards for his hard work.

He said this in a post-game interview with Leicester’s media channel after the close win that had Issahaku assist two goals. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

Speaking about the goals, Dewsbury-Hall praised Issahaku and fellow winger Stephy Mavididi for their performance in the win.

Issahaku assisted Mavididi’s goal in the 10th minute and added another assist with Dewsbury-Hall scoring in the 21st minute.

“It’s a great ball by Abdul [Fatawu]… They (Mavididi and Fatawu) were very good tonight. From minute one, they were causing problems, and they got their rewards with their goal contributions tonight so I’m very proud of them because they work hard.”
