Henry Addo and Samuel Gidi have been praised by MSK Zilina scout, Michal Biras, for their “special” contributions to the Slovakian club.
He said this in an interview on the sidelines of the Pangelz Scouting Tournament held at the Tuba Astro Turf that had youth teams including Action V FC, Africa Youth FC and Kengid FC feature in.
19 year old attacking midfielder Gidi and 20 year old left winger Henry Addo are part of Zilina team that ranks second in the Slovakian top flight at the time of writing.
“They are special because they brought something different to our club and these guys have big potential to play in Europe not just in Slovakia but play in Europe like Netherlands or Belgium” Bilas said.
Gidi joined Zilina in January 2022 and his contract expires in June, 2027; he has made 15 league appearances this season and recorded an assist.
Addo on the other hand, has made two appearances and has scored a goal and registered an assist in the 2023-2024 season. He has spent extensive time with Zilina’s Under 19 side.
