Reports indicate that officials from the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and Ministry of Youth and Sports are yet to visit the Black Queens ahead of the Queens 2024 Olympic Games qualifier.

The Black Queens are scheduled to play against Zambia on Friday, February 23 at 17:00 GMT in the first of two qualifiers at the Accra Sports Stadium.

According to female football insider Joyce Annor Yeboah, the Black Queens feel disrespected over unpaid bonuses due them after sealing qualification to the 2024 Women’s AFCON  due to be held in Morocco.

The team isn’t happy that as at 11 pm on February 20, no member of the GFA or Ministry of Youth and Sports has visited them.

The team has been training intensely ahead of the crucial game against the Southern African nation that competed at the 2023 Women’s World Cup in New Zealand and Australia. Zambia crashed out at the first stage of the competition.
