Deputy Ranking Member on the Trade, Industry and Tourism Committee and Member of Parliament for Bole Bamboi Constituency, Yusif Sulemana, has slammed President Nana Akufo-Addo’s proposed football policy.

“In fact ever since he (President Akufo-Addo) took over, that has been his slogan that he is going to do something better and ensure that our team (Black Stars) is able to raise cups. Ever since, he came tell us, has he been able to win any cup”.

The African Games will be held from March 8 to March 23 in Accra on the back of the Black Stars failure to win a game at the 2023 AFCON en route to a second first round exit in a row.
