Leicester City winger Fatawu Issahaku finally has his goal in the Emirates FA Cup after a long wait and the 19 year old is happy he finally has a goal in the competition.

Issahaku scored a brilliant goal to give Leicester City a 1-0 win over AFC Bournemouth in the fifth round of the FA Cup and book a spot in the quarterfinals.

After receiving a pass from Nigerian international Kelechi Iheanacho, Issahaku controlled the ball and bent the ball into far right side of the post for the goal in the 105th minute.

Speaking to Leicester City’s official media channel, Issahaku said, “I’m feeling so good about my goal,” Fatawu added. “It’s my first goal in the FA Cup as well. I’ve been waiting for this kind of goal. I’m so lucky that I got it today so I’m so happy and feeling great.”

“I knew I was hitting the target, but I’ve been trying and trying! Fortunately, today, it went in and I’m so happy.”

The goal is Issahaku’s fourth since joining The Foxes on loan from Sporting Lisbon this season.
