Crystal Palace manager, Oliver Glasner, has confirmed that Ghana midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp has returned from injury.

He further hinted that the versatile player could player a role in Palace’s English Premier League game at Nottingham Forest on Saturday, March 30 at 15:00 GMT.

Glasner said this in his pregame interview with Palace having enjoyed a three week period with no competitive game action due to the international break and fixture shake out.

The Eagles did play a friendly game against Bodo Glimt and earned a 1-0 win and after several weeks out due to injury, Glasner relayed the news of Schlupp’s return.

“Jeffrey Schlupp is back after his injury. It’s the first game after many weeks and the group is getting bigger and bigger and that gives us more options. The fit players tomorrow are more important for tomorrow for winning the game at Nottingham.”
