Chelsea trailed 2-1 after Callum Hudson-Odoi’s goal in the 74th minute but two quick goals from substitutes Raheem Sterling and Nicolas Jackson gave Chelsea the win.
Jackson scored the winning goal with a header connecting on Reece James’ cross in the 82nd minute after Sterling had leveled the tie in the 80th minute.
