Ghanaian duo, Joselle Mensah and Unilez Takyi have both missed out on medals in the women’s 50m freestyle final.
Joselle Mensah finished fourth with a time of 26.52s behind Mia Phiri, who was third, Caitlin Ann De Lange in second and Farida Osman, who set a new African Games record with a time of 24.72s.
Unilez Takyi on the other hand finished in seventh with a time of 26.66s.
The swimming competition of the 13th African Games comes to an end today.
