After drawing goalless with Ghana side Dreams Football Club in Egypt, SC Zamalek head coach, Jose Gomes, believes things will be different in the second leg in Ghana.

The second leg of the semifinal tie between Dreams and Zamalek kicks off at the Baba Yara Stadium on April 28 with the winner set to earn a spot in the final.

Dreams FC is competing in the CAF Confederation Cup for the first time and has made history by becoming the first Ghanaian club side to make it this far in the competition in over a decade.

After bemoaning several missed chances in the first leg, Zamalek’s Portuguese head coach is bracing for a different set of challenges.

“Things will be very different in the return match, especially with the grass, humidity and temperature, and even if things are like that, I trust the players” and added

“There were some technical errors and we did not play optimally, but we had many positions that qualified us to win and decide the match.”
