GPL: Win against Kotoko is a morale boost ahead of Zamalek test – Abdul Karim Zito

Abdul Karim Zito, the Head Coach of Dreams FC, sees their recent victory over Kumasi Asante Kotoko as a significant morale boost as they gear up for the upcoming challenge against Zamalek in the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals.

Dreams FC secured a convincing 2-0 win against Asante Kotoko at the Theatre of Dreams during the 26th match week of the Ghana Premier League, further compounding their opponent’s struggles.

The triumph not only halted a string of four winless games for Zito’s side but also propelled them to 31 points in the league standings after 24 matches, with 26 goals scored and 26 conceded.

Zito, speaking after the match, expressed his delight at the team’s performance and emphasized its importance as they prepare to face the formidable Zamalek, the 2018/19 CAF Confederation Cup Champions, in the upcoming fixture.
