In the wake of his move from Serbian giant Red Star Belgrade to Major League Soccer (MLS) side Austin FC in the United States of America, Ghana winger Osman Bukari has affirmed his motivation to help the club excel.

Writing on his X (formerly Twitter) page in response to a post announcing his arrival at the club, the 25 year old former FC Nantes player stated, “Happy to be here”.

In an interview with Austin FC media after penning a three and a half year deal as a Designated Player on the roster, Bukari stated,

“I am very motivated and excited to join Austin FC. I want to do everything I can to help this team, this city, and this fanbase to achieve their goals.”

Bukari’s deal runs through to 2027 with an option to extend by a year to 2028 and his Designated Player tag puts him in line to be one of the top earners at the club.
