Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus has picked out adapting his body to deal with the intensity of the English premier League as the biggest lesson he has picked up while competing in his debut season in the league.

He said this in an interview with the Premier League media ahead of West Ham United’s penultimate league game against Luton Town on Saturday, May 11.

The Black Stars player has had a fine debut season in the league after transferring from Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam. He has seven goals and five assists in 31 league games.

His sensational goal against German side SC Freiburg in the Europa League round of 16 stage has been voted as West Ham’s Goal of the Season. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

Speaking on how he has fared in his debut season in England’s top flight division after moving from Ajax, Kudus stated,

“Adapting my body to play this certain number of games with the amount of intensity because there is a lot of games over here and you need to take your recovery and be ready for every single game so I think that’s the big difference for me. I have been available for almost all the games this season so it’s a good start.”

Kudus is set to play under Julen Lopetegui next season after the Spanish manager was named as the replacement for David Moyes.
