Mere days after getting racially abused by Atletico Madrid fans, Nico Williams played a starring role alongside his brother and Black Stars forward Inaki Williams to take down Getafe in the Spanish La Liga.
Bilbao bagged a 2-0 win over Getafe away from home with the Williams brothers involved in both goals.
Nico assisted both goals Inaki scored to get the win and cement Bilbao’s fifth spot in the standings thanks to a 10 point lead over closest rival, Real Sociedad who have played a game fewer than Athletic.
Inaki Williams scored in the 27th minute and 51st minute in a game that two Bilbao players sent off and Getafe’s Mason Greenwood miss a penalty in the 88th minute.
In 82 minutes, Inaki Williams had two shots on target, won two aerial duels and completed 18 passes.
