Ghana forward Inaki Williams is reveling in reaching a century mark of goals with boyhood club Athletic Bilbao.

Williams scored in Bilbao’s 2-2 draw with Osasuna in the last round of Spanish La Liga games to take his tally for the season to 12 goals.

The 29 year old scored both goals in Bilbao’s 2-0 win over Getafe in the previous round representing a fine run for the Spanish born Ghanaian.

His strike against Osasuna bumped Inaki’s tally for the only club he has played for in his professional career to 100.

Reacting to reaching the historic mark, Williams wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) page, “One day your reality will be better than your dreams, so much so. 100 goals with Athletic Club. Thanks to everyone. Let’s go for more.”

In 32 league appearances in the 2023-2024 season, Williams has 12 goals and three assists in 32 league games. Bilbao play against Celta Vigo and Sevilla on May 15 and 19 respectively.

Un día tu realidad será mejor que tus sueños, y tanto que sí.

100⚽️ con mi @AthleticClub ❤️
