Baba Yara Stadium is Nsoatreman’s likeliest home venue for Africa campaign- Anim Addo

MTN FA CUP Champions Nsoatreman FC

President of Young Apostles Football Club and former Ghana Football Association Executive Council Member, Samuel Anim Addo, has picked the Baba Yara Stadium as the likeliest home venue for Nsoatreman FC for the latter’s upcoming CAF Confederation Cup campaign.

Nsoatreman will represent Ghana in the Confederation Cup next season after winning the MTN FA Cup via 5-4 penalty shootout over Bono rival Bofoakwa Tano at the University of Ghana Stadium.

Anim Addo made this pick in an exclusive interview on Channel One TV’s Football Made In Ghana in the aftermath of Nsoatreman’s historic FA Cup win.

“It’s a difficult situation for them because if you look at the stadiums around, maybe, I don’t even know if it’s Obuasi…Medeama’s home will be fine but look at the distance. They will leave Nsoatre to Tarkwa, that’s the problem but if you look at the proximity, then it is Baba Yara.”

“To be honest, that is the best they can get and Dreams FC used Baba Yara and it was perfect so if they are following Dreams, then they should also use Baba Yara.”
