Black Stars winger Osman Bukari has spoken extensively on the qualities he adds to Austin Football Club after joining the Major League Soccer (MLS) side.
Bukari joined Austin earlier this year from Serbian side Red Star Belgrade on a three and a half year deal; he is coming off winning back to back league and cup titles with Crvena Zvezda.
Austin FC head coach Josh Wolff praised the Bukari signing as he views the Ghanaian international as a dynamic player and Bukari expanded on this thought in an interview with Austin FC media, (Click highlighted text to read full story)
“I have speed, dribbling so I use that all of the time. When my midfielder or defender has the ball, I need to make the runs so that they can put the ball behind the defenders so that’s my quality I have. One against one, good finishing that’s the quality I have.”

Bukari is yet to make his debut for Austin but has been introduced to the team joining the following Ghana’s recent 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers that had the Black Stars score wins over Mali and Central African Republic.
