Black Stars midfielder Thomas Partey has highlighted the quality in Arsenal’s midfield ahead of the 2024-2025 English Premier League season after The Gunners beat AFC Bournemouth in a preseason matchup.

He threw more light on the names of high profile midfielders who are battling for starting spots in The Gunners lineups as Arteta’s men attempt to win Arsenal’s first EPL title in 22 years.

After battling injuries to finish the 2023-2024 season strong as Arsenal lost the EPL title to Manchester City on a two-point difference, Partey touched on the mentality he possesses in the midst of his injury woes. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

“We have a lot of players in that position. Jorge (Jorginho) is playing good, I’m playing good. Dec (Declan Rice) is there, Martin (Odegaard) too. We also have other players who can come in and make a difference.”
