NPP Manifesto: Gold Stars CEO welcome promise by Dr. Bawumia to supply GPL teams with buses

Chief Executive Officer of Bibiani Gold Stars Akwasi Adu has expressed his anticipation for Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s promise to provide buses for the Premier League teams.

He noted that this commitment is good news for the clubs and will lessen the transportation challenges they have recently encountered.

Akwasi Adu’s reaction comes on the back of one of the pledges made by the NPP Flagbearer at the launch of the 2024 NPP Manifesto held in Takoradi.

Yes, if that kind of commitment is fulfilled, it will be something that we will not forget, especially looking at how transportation has become a big ticket in terms of budgeting for the local clubs.

So it will be something that we will all be looking forward to him satisfying it when he gets a note.

And even before then, I think it’s also a plus for his detailed attention in the areas of getting the Ghana football, especially the Premier League, revived.

And I would always mention anywhere that there is more for improvement in the league.

And this improvement is something not to be done by with the club.

The club’s goal is we need a holistic support.

And one of them means is all that his excellency has lamented. Presently, it’s my first thought.
