Week 3 of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League delivered thrilling encounters, with standout performances and surprising results.

In Bibiani, Bibiani Goldstars secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Basake Holy Stars, earning all three points in a tightly contested affair.

The solitary goal was enough to see off their resilient opponents.

At the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park, Karela United battled to a 1-1 draw with Accra Lions. Both teams had their chances, but neither could find a winning goal as they shared the points.

The biggest upset of the day came from Nations FC, who stunned Aduana FC with a 2-1 away victory. Aduana, traditionally strong at home, couldn’t handle the newcomers’ attacking play, leaving the Aduana faithful in shock as they slipped to defeat.

At the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium, Asante Kotoko SC were held to a 1-1 draw by a determined Young Apostles FC.

Despite taking the lead, Young Apostles couldn’t hold on, as Kumasi Asante Kotoko clawed their way back into the game to secure a valuable point in Obuasi.
