The Communications Department of the Ghana Football Association has informed the general public that the Black Stars technical team members, including Head Coach Otto Addo, are in stable condition following a severe accident.

The incident took place on the Tarkwa-Takoradi road as they were travelling to Accra after attending a match between Ghana Premier League champions FC Samartex 1996 and FA Cup holders Nsoatreman on Saturday, August 31.
Images shared on social media showed significant damage to their vehicle, with goalkeepers’ trainer Fatau Dauda seen walking near the wreckage.
