Ghana will take on Sudan in a crucial double header on Thursday October 10 in Accra and Monday, October 14 in the away fixture but the Black Stars are set to miss to the crucial games without a handful of regulars.

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey, Los Angeles Galaxy’s Joseph Paintsil, Feyenoord’s Ibrahim Osman and Samsunspor defender Kingsley Schindler have been confirmed injured and will miss the ties.

This development comes at a time several footballers deal with injuries in the early stages of the 2024-2025 season that will affect their appearance for their respective national teams.

At the time of writing, Brazil star Vinicius Junior, England midfielder Kobbie Mainoo and Morocco defender Noussair Mazzraoui have been ruled out of action due to injury while England striker and captain Harry Kane’s injury situation is being closely monitored.
