Former Black Stars midfielder Michael Essien has officially received his UEFA certificate in football management, marking the successful completion of the program.

Since retiring from professional football, Essien has been diligently pursuing his UEFA coaching licenses and management certificates to enhance his post-playing career.
Last month, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid player shared news of finishing the course after months of dedicated effort toward his development.
On Friday, November 1, Essien announced on social media that he had received the certificate.
For the past few years, he has served as a talent coach at FC Nordsjaelland, where he leverages his experience and expertise to nurture young players.
