Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus’ five game suspension is officially over with the former Ajax Amsterdam player set to make his return in West Ham United’s English Premier League tie against Leicester City.
The upcoming game kicks off on Tuesday, December 3 at 20:15 GMT at the King Power Stadium; the game also is set to mark Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s debut as Leicester City manager.
The Man United legend was recently appointed as first team manager after Steve Cooper was dismissed from the role following a 2-1 loss to Chelsea. Van Nistelrooy was in the stands when Leicester lost 4-1 to Brentford this past weekend.
Kudus has missed West Ham games against Man United, Everton, Newcastle, Arsenal and Nottingham Forest due to the suspension.
In a 4-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspurs, Kudus was shown a straight red card after fouling Micky Van de Ven triggering an automatic three game suspension.

He got slapped with a two game suspension further via retrospective action as his conduct was deemed violent.

In his absence, West Ham have won two games, drawn against Everton and lost to Arsenal and Forest.
